What lease terms do you offer?
Our standard lease term is 12 months. However, we understand that flexibility can be important, so alternative lease terms may be available depending on the time of year and unit availability. Please note that shorter lease options may be subject to additional fees.
How much is the application fee and what does it cover?
The application fee is $50 per person and covers the cost of screening. There’s also a $150 nonrefundable admin fee due prior to move-in.
What is the required security deposit?
Deposits range from $500 for 1 bedrooms and $1,000 for 2 bedrooms. Certain acceptations may apply depending on your application, credit history, and desired floor plan.
Security deposits are due within 48 hours of approval to hold apartment.
What utilities and services are residents responsible for?
- Residents pay all utilities based on usage
- Trash is a flat $15/month
- Water & Swerer costs roughly $10-$19 per resident
- Utility Admin Fee is $3.75 per month.
- Gas and electricity are provided through Xcel Energy. Residents are responsible for paying bills from Xcel Energy directly.
- Internet provided through Xfinity or Verizon is priced based on desired service package and residents are responsible for setting up their own accounts
Is The Blair pet friendly?
Yes! We welcome both cats and dogs. Dogs up to 100 lbs are allowed.
There’s a $300 pet fee ($500 for two pets) and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Two pets max per apartment.
What are the parking options and costs?
Garage parking is $125/month (assigned). Tandem garage parking is available for $200/month (2 spots), and wall space parking is $75/month.
What are the rental qualifications?
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Income: At least 2.5x the monthly rent in verifiable income
- Co-signers must earn 3x the monthly rent.
- Credit Score: Positive credit history with a 600+ credit score is required
- Background Check: Any convictions at a misdemeanor level or higher will result in denial
- Rental History: At least 2 years of rental history with a positive reference
